District 151 Candidate Thanks Supporters, Challengers
KITTERY, Maine – Devin Beliveau, presumptive nominee for Maine State Representative for Kittery and Kittery Point, released the following statement after news that he had been declared winner of today’s District 151 general election:

KITTERY, Maine – Devin Beliveau, candidate for Maine State Representative for Kittery and Kittery Point, released the following statement after news that he had secured the Democratic Party’s nomination in today’s District 151 primary:

I want to thank everyone in Kittery and Kittery Point for their incredible support over the last few months.  It was simply overwhelming.
I also want to thank my challenger Will Peirce for a civil and respectful campaign.  Will is a great champion of consumer rights, and I look forward to engaging with him on his legislative ideas over the next few months.
Tonight’s victory validated my approach of simply meeting as many people as possible. I had a great time meeting so many people, and look forward to meeting even more leading up to the general election.
If elected in November I will focus on K-12 education innovation, increasing renewable energy, creating jobs and keeping Memorial Bridge open to all traffic.
